Streams is pretty incredible.
I just finished installing a NextCloud server to play around with and the fact that I can mount my streams files as a webdav folder in NextCloud is pretty much blowing my mind.

It was pretty easy actually.
Just need to set up the streams site as a WebDAV external connection and enter the relevant information. The only real trick is that the remote subfolder needs to be
cloud/yourUsername

You might want to point it to dav/username instead of cloud/username. They both go through the same server, but /cloud is optimised for web access and /dav is optimised for dav access and there are some subtle differences. If you don't have any problems, feel free to use either one, but if anybody reports difficulties the first thing I would tell them is to switch to /dav and see if the problems go away.

Huh, Looks like I get an unauthorized error when trying dav/username vs cloud/username. Is there a streams setting that might need updated?

No, but this is the biggest difference. /cloud/username doesn't
require
authentication but probably won't show you private files and won't let you upload. /dav/username requires authentication and will show you private files and let you upload. Make sure it's set for HTTP basic authentication and ssl. That's what it looks like in your example so I'm puzzled.

There's a long standing issue that different webservers keep coming up with new ways of blocking passing authentication headers to php. Best way to test this is to visit
https://diablocanyon2.com/api/z/1.0/verify
in your borwser. If that won't let you in with valid credentials, it's probable they are not passed to php by your webserver. If it lets you in without asking, restart your browser and try again. And if it won't let you in, let us know what webserver and version you're using (along with the cgi server if applicable such as fgci) and I can review their documentation to find out if there's a workaround.

I said I was going to be away from the computer, but then immediately had like 10 minutes. Your link worked, and I figured out the problem. I was using my email address as the username, because that's what I typically log in as. But this requires the
